What is CAP
Plasma is the fourth state of matter, existing beyond solid, liquid, and gas. (e.g., auroras) .
To obtain cold plasma, a gas is supplied with just enough energy that it is only partially ionized (a particle of 10⁹ is ionized). This allows the temperature to be controlled so that it remains about 30 degrees.
Now we get the cold atmospheric plasma (CAP).

Components of CAP
Ions and Electrons:
N+,N2+,N3+,N4+,O+,O2+,NO+,NO2+,H+,H2+,H3+,OH+,H2O+,H3O+,e-,O-,O2-,O3-,O4-,NO-,N2O-,NO2-,NO3-,H-,OH.
Reactive Species:
excited-state N2, excited-state O,H,N, excited-state O2,O3,NO,N2O,NO2,N2O3,N2O4,N2O5,H2,OH,HO2,H2O2,HNO,HNO2,HNO3.

What can CAP do?
CAP deactivates bacteria, germs, fungi and also multiresistant pathogens. It activates cell growth, blood circulation and cell metabolism and thus stimulates wound healing.
CAP can significantly lighten pigmentation, fade acne scars, and restore skin photodamage (such as solar freckles).
The intermediate products in the CAP production process can effectively remove odors.

Security of CAP
CAP is safe enough totally. And it just looks like flame but they are totally different. You can touch the cold atmospheric plasma and it’s only about 30 degrees. It is more like "wind" full filled with various particles. As they release energy, they also release some visible light, which makes them appear blue or purple.
